Dr. Sayeed’s practice had the credentials, the reviews, and the patient loyalty to match any top-ranked practice in Northern Virginia. But none of that was visible online. The website – built in 2016 – carried a generic template aesthetic, used stock images throughout, and offered no clear pathway for a new patient to connect with who Dr. Sayeed actually was.
Patients who had never visited couldn’t distinguish her from any other dental office on Lee Highway. That needed to change.

No Brand Identity

A teal template that looked like every dental site from 2016. No visual language that reflected Dr. Sayeed's clinical excellence or the warmth of her practice environment.

Authority Was Invisible

AGD fellowship, AAFE training, ZocDoc recognition — credentials patients trust were buried or absent entirely. Professionalism built over a decade had nowhere to show.

No Patient Connection

Reviews were tucked away on a separate page. No live Google or ZocDoc integration. No direct booking flow. No way for a new patient to feel confident before their first visit.

The original site dated to 2016. Credentials were footnotes. Reviews were isolated on a secondary page behind an extra click. Patients arriving from a Google search had no way to understand the depth of care waiting for them inside that office.

Research first.
Then build.

Before a single page was designed, we spent time understanding the competitive landscape in Fairfax. We audited every high-performing dental site in the area. We developed intake forms that let Dr. Sayeed and her staff articulate their values, preferences, and practice philosophy in their own words.

Those forms did two things: they gave us the raw material to write content that genuinely represented the practice — and they brought the team together around a shared vision. The process was as useful internally as the output was externally.

Competitive Analysis

Audited top-performing Fairfax dental sites. Identified gaps in Dr. Sayeed's online presence relative to competitors and defined clear differentiation opportunities.

Step 02

Discovery & Intake

Custom intake forms captured the team's voice, values, and patient philosophy. Staff portraits and individual profile pages were developed — anchoring the practice in real people.

Step 03

Patient-Centric Content

Every service page was written from the patient's perspective. New services including TMJ Botox and facial injectables were added with full clinical context.

Build & Launch

Design, development, and content delivered as a unified system. Every element intentional, every detail deliberate.

The goal wasn't a prettier website. It was a complete repositioning of how Dr. Sayeed's practice shows up online — so that the professionalism patients experience in the chair matches what they see before they ever book an appointment.

Brand Identity & Visual Language

The generic teal template was replaced with a considered color system rooted in Dr. Sayeed's own practice environment — a deep forest green drawn from the office's interior tones, expressing calm, clinical confidence, and warmth.

Authority Made Visible

Credentials that were buried are now front and center. AGD fellowship, AAFE training, and ZocDoc Patient Award recognition are woven into the homepage slider and reinforced by the practice video — so a new patient immediately understands who they're trusting.

Reviews as Infrastructure

Patient reviews no longer require a separate page. They live on the homepage, connected live to Google and ZocDoc. Trust is built before the first appointment, not after it.

Clean, modern, exceptionally readable. Paired with Cormorant, it grounds personality in something clear and direct — the way Dr. Sayeed speaks with patients.

The Logo

When Dr. Sayeed shared the story behind the logo, it became the emotional center of the entire brand.


The mark incorporates the first initials of her two daughters — a detail invisible to most, but meaningful to her in a way no generic dental icon could ever be.
